Shipping, Returns and Warranty
At Juveo, we want you to feel confident. In your skin and in your purchase. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship, how returns work, and what your warranty covers.
🚚 Shipping
Shipping time:
Orders typically arrive within 4 to 7 business days after processing. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Shipping cost:
Shipping is free on all orders.
🔁 Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you're not satisfied with your Juveo product, you can request a return — no questions asked.
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- The product must be returned in good condition, with all original accessories.
- Items must be securely packaged.
How to start a return:
1. Email us at help@juveo.co with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
3. Once the product is received and inspected, your refund will be issued.
Note: Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Where returns go:
All returned products are sent directly to our team in Canada for inspection.
Be sure to use the prepaid label we provide — it includes the correct customs information to avoid delays or import fees.
🛡️ Warranty
All Juveo products are backed by a limited warranty from the date of delivery. (Warranty period depends on the product)
What’s covered:
- LED light malfunction
- Power or controller failure
- Issues with auto shutoff or charging
What’s not covered:
- Cosmetic wear and tear
- Water damage or drops
- Damage from misuse, tampering, or unauthorized repairs
How to claim:
1. Contact help@juveo.co or kara@juveo.co with your order number and a description of the issue.
2. We may ask for a short video or photos to help diagnose the problem.
3. If your issue is covered, we’ll send a replacement at no cost.
