All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

We ship via trusted carriers including USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Once your order ships you'll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. If you haven't received tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or reach out to our support team.

Standard shipping: 4–7 business days (US). International shipping: 7–14 business days.

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If Juveo doesn't feel like the right fit within 45 days of delivery, we'll provide a full refund — no questions asked. We call it a trial because we want you to actually use it consistently before deciding.

Contact our support team at support@juveo.co within 45 days of receiving your order. We'll send you return instructions and a prepaid shipping label. Once we receive your returned device, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

The device must be returned in its original packaging and with all original accessories included. We understand the device will have been used during the trial period — we simply ask that it's returned clean and complete.

To exchange your order, contact our support team within 45 days of delivery. We'll guide you through the process and make sure you receive the right product.

Every Juveo R1 device is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects and ensures your device performs as intended — including LED malfunctions, power connection issues, and structural defects under normal use.

The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.

Contact our support team at support@juveo.co with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll guide you through the process and arrange a replacement or repair if needed.
